Psychology sessions are ₹900 and a psychology consultation is ₹1,000. Specific tests may carry their own charge; you receive the exact figure and what it includes before booking.

How a first month usually takes shape

Four steps, none of them automatic.

This is the shape of the work, not a quote. The number of sessions, and the exact monthly figure, are set by your child’s plan and confirmed with you before anything begins.

  1. First conversation

    Free. You describe what you are noticing, and we suggest the useful next step.

  2. Consultation or assessment

    When one would answer the question, the therapist explains which fits, what it can tell you, and its price, before you book.

  3. Sessions begin

    If support is the right next step, the plan names the goals and the schedule, and the fee for each session is confirmed first.

  4. Review about four months later

    We look at what has changed, keep, change or replace the goals, and send a written status report.

Developmental, cognitive, and psychological evaluations are priced individually. A short report usually takes about a week and a detailed evaluation report about two weeks. Status reports are provided about every four months.

Registration and monthly billing

The one-time registration fee is ₹350 when a child enrols. Monthly sessions are invoiced on the 1st for the coming month and payment is due by the 5th. Payment is by UPI or cash; ask if another arrangement is needed.

If cost is a barrier, ask about the monthly package available for families who are struggling.

Planned absence

Tell us by the 5th · up to 15 days · then the slot is rebooked

Cancellation and make-up sessions

Please give at least four hours’ notice. Reminders are sent the day before and on the morning of the session. Missed sessions without notice generally do not receive a replacement offer.

A session can be made up on another day, up to three per month, though it may be with a different therapist and a same-day slot is not guaranteed.
