Online Therapy: help that comes to you
Live therapy for families who need continuity or cannot travel regularly. We will tell you when in-person work is a better fit.
Consultation and assessment fees are explained before booking.
Will online therapy work for my child?
It can work well for continuity, school-age language and learning, stammering, behavioural support, and parent coaching.
For the right child and goals, language, learning, and parent coaching can move forward online. We review honestly and change the approach if it is not helping.
- What you need
- A camera, a quiet corner, and an adult nearby for younger children.
- First step
- A free call to decide whether the goals can be met well on screen.
- Fees
- India: same as in person. Outside India: usually ₹300–500 more.
Very young first assessments, feeding, sensory work, and hands-on occupational therapy usually need an in-person room. We will say so before you book.
Inside an online session
How a goal is adapted for a video session — and when the room is needed.
Online changes the room, not the standard. Here is how a goal travels on screen, and the point at which we recommend in-person care.

Before each session, the therapist tells you what to have ready, usually things already in your home: a ball, paper, a few toys. The goal stays; the materials and the turns change.

A first assessment of a very young child, feeding, sensory work, and hands-on occupational therapy usually need an in-person room. If your child needs that, we will say so in the first call.
What Online Therapy is good for
- Continuing with the same therapist.Often the strongest reason of all. If your family moves, or your child trusts a specific therapist, online keeps that thread unbroken.
- School-age language and learning work.Older children take well to a screen when the therapist knows how to hold attention through it.
- Behavioural support.Psychology-led behavioural work travels well online for older children and their parents, where the plan is about routines, responses and strategies you can use at home.

What Online Therapy isn’t right for, and we’ll tell you
Some work needs a room and hands: a first assessment of a very young child, feeding work, sensory work, and hands-on occupational therapy.
We’d rather tell you no than take your money for something unlikely to work. If your child needs in-person sessions, we’ll say so in the first call.
How an online session works
Suitable speech, occupational, or behavioural sessions run over Zoom with simple home materials and an adult’s help when needed.
Who it’s for
Often suitable from around age six, especially when travel is hard or a family needs continuity after moving.
Fees
India online sessions have the same rate as in-person sessions; international rates may differ by about ₹300–500.
Questions parents ask
Can my child really make progress online?
Yes, for the right child and goals. We’ve seen real progress in language and learning work online, and in coaching parents. And we’ll tell you whether your child is a fit before you pay for a block.
Is online as good as coming in?
It’s different, not lesser. For continuity and coaching it’s strong; for hands-on work nothing replaces the room. We’ll tell you which your child needs.
What if it doesn’t work for my child?
Then we change it. We review honestly, and you can switch to centre sessions. No one will guilt you into “giving it more time.”
Do you do first assessments online?
For some school-age work, yes. For young children, usually no. A first assessment needs to happen in person.
